Study for new Saudi Arabia-Bahrain causeway link

A feasibility study is planned to evaluate a project to construct a new causeway connecting Saudi Arabia with Bahrain. The existing King Fahd Causeway link suffers heavy congestion at peak periods. Should the project go ahead, the new causeway, would be called the King Hamad Causeway.
