New road works will help transport in Nigeria’s Niger State.
Contractor Manzuwa Nigeria (Manzuwa) will handle improvement works for 40km of roads in Nigeria’s Niger State. The work is expected to cost US$27.5 million and will commence in the third quarter of 2020.
Included in the plans are upgrades to the roads between Minna and Bida and Minna and Gwada. Minna lies to the north east of Nigeria’s capital, Abuja.
In addition, a new roundabout till be constructed for the Tutungo-Pogo route as well as interchanges at Gurusu and the Garatu-Gidan Kwano route.
The work is expected to take 36 months to complete.
