Indian highway deal agreed

A key Indian highway deal has been agreed.

An important highway agreement has been reached for a route in Bihar State in India. The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has agreed a package of works for the route with Narenpur Purnea Highways, part of Dilip Buildcon.

The project will see a stretch of NH-131A being upgraded. The project is worth some US$257.3 million. The agreement will allow the firm to operate and maintain the route for 15 years.
