Indian expressway contract awarded

A key Indian expressway contract has been awarded in Rajasthan State.

A major expressway contract has been awarded in India’s Rajasthan State. The US$137 package of works will be handled by local contractor Dilip Buildcon, which will carry out the work with the assistance of its Ukrainian partner, Altis-Holding Corporation.

The new expressway will form part of the route connecting Delhi with Vadodara and will feature four lanes in either direction. The EPC contract was awarded to the two firms by the National Highways Authority (NHAI) of India.

The section of expressway will between the NH1-12, close to Ummedpura, and the bridge spanning the Takli River close to Nayagoan Jageer.
