An important bypass project is being proposed for Russia. The plan calls for a new stretch of road to bypass Noginsk and Balashika, to the east of Moscow. This new section of road would also link the Moscow ring road with the central ring road.

In all, the new road would run for 44km and feature 26 bridges and overpasses, as well as new interchanges. The work is expected to cost US$640.4 million and should take until mid-2024 to complete.
