Pilipinas Shell is investing around US$13 million in a new bitumen production facility in Tabangao, Batangas. With President Rodrigo Duterte’s administration planning to spend P8.2 trillion on infrastructure during his six-year term, Shell wants to be ready to participate fully. "In terms of target market, for the moment, we are actually in a good position because we are about 50% of the bitumen market in the Philippines already. We aim to continue to increase that," said Pilipinas Shell’s president and CEO
