Plans are being drawn up for Vietnam’s important Ring Road No 3 project. The work is expected to cost US$3.32 billion.

The route will improve transport in and around Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC). Building work will commence in the third quarter of 2023 and should be complete by the end of 2025 if the planned schedule is met.

A prefeasibility study for the project was carried out on behalf of the authorities in HCMC.
