An important new road section is expected to cut congestion in the area around the city of Constantine in Algeria once it opens to traffic. The US$38 million project is for a 7.2km road connection to link the East West Highway to the RN 3 route. The new road section should help cut congestion on the RN 3 route close to Zighoud Youcef and Didouche Mourad in Constantine Province.
