The deal covers the design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of the Vial Viadom road project. The contract also includes the rehabilitation, operation and maintenance of a number of highways. These other links include the 6 de Noviembre, Duarte, Navarrete-Puerto Plata, Santiago-Navarrete and Cristobal-Bani highways.
