Ivory Coast project planned

Work is commencing on a major new highway project in Côte d'Ivoire. The work is being carried out by Tunisian contractor 6943 Soroubat. The new Yamoussoukro-Tiébissou highway section is 37km long and is costing US$150.6 million. Much of the funding is being provided by the Islamic Development Bank (IDB), with the remainder being provided by the Côte d'Ivoire Government.
