IRB Infrastructure Developers has won the Agra-Etawah Bypass project with a winning bid of nearly US$416.5 million, Indian media reported.
The project, awarded by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), will have six lanes built onto the Agra-Etawah Bypass in Uttar Pradesh state under NHDP Phase 5 of the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Toll model.

National Highway 2 or NH 2, commonly referred as Delhi–Kolkata Road, starts in the state of Delhi and runs through the states of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and Jharkhand to end in Kolkata, formerly called Calcutta, in West Bengal state.
