2977 Teknomak, along with its president Saruhan Sarioglu, will celebrate a 20-year friendship with the 3764 Ammann Group in 2011.

To further strengthen this position, a joint Ammann Teknomak company has been formed, headquartered in Ankara, from where it will provide and expand sales, marketing and after-sales activities for all Ammann products and services in Turkey.

According to Ammann, the Swiss family-owned group, the new approach will strengthen its position in Turkey while increasing the availability of services to customers.

The group says it has also become a “significant supplier” of compaction machines in Turkey due to its partnership with 2980 Cukurova Ziraat, the Ammann distributor in the country. “Ammann Teknomak has its own, experienced commissioning and service crew and is in a position to supply components such as bitumen tanks, filler silos and steel constructions,” says Ammann, which says that to date it has supplied more than 130 asphalt mixing plants to Turkey, with more than ten already on order for the current year.

Asphalt plants looking at greener production systems

A wide variety of new equipment and technology to assist production at asphalt plants is about to be launched onto the market, while asphalt producers are continuing to look at greener working practices.
