A huge upgrade programme is being planned for Angola’s road network.
The plans call for 8,200km of Angola’s roads to be improved, while new links will also be constructed. Surfacing works and repairs will be carried out, while the most important routes will be widened to increase capacity. The works are being carried out under a five year plan. The Angolan Government is inviting international firms to enter PPP agreements for the projects so that road works can get underway.
