Construction work is now underway for a stretch of the Ring Road No3 around Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. The project for the section between Tan Van and Nhon Trach is worth US$293.6 million.

Financing for the project is being provided from the South Korean Government through the Korea Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF). The plan is for public transport to be prioritised in the city however.
