Russia’s flood-hit Tyva republic left with big motorway and bridge repair bill

Fifteen bridges were destroyed and 144.7km of motorway damaged during the May 2014 floods in the Russian republic of Tyva, contributing to what authorities say is an infrastructure repair bill of €15.83 million (RUB 748.27 million.
