Three new tolled roads that will measure a total of 574km are planned for Indonesia. These new road links will improve transport connections between Pekanbaru and Palembang.

One of the roads will link Jambi and Rengat, while another will link Betung, Tempino and Jambi and the third will run between Rengat and Pekanbaru.

The projects will be managed by Indonesia’s state-owned road business, Hutama Karya. Timelines for each of the projects as well as funding methods have yet to be determined.
