Plans are in hand for a new toll road in Indonesia. The 300km toll road will link industrial zones in Semarang (Central Java) and Surabaya (East Java) through the Tuban, Lamongan, and Gresik industrial estates in East Java.

Plans are in hand for a new toll road in Indonesia. The 300km toll road will link industrial zones in Semarang (Central Java) and Surabaya (East Java) through the Tuban, Lamongan, and Gresik industrial estates in East Java. The route will Cross the Java Sea and the road looks likely to be built by the 1065 Indonesian Government. A number of state-owned firms are being lined up to provide financing for this massive project, which is likely to cost in the region of US$4.39 billion.
