Highway planning works are underway in the Czech Republic.
Construction planning is now underway in the Czech Republic on a new highway stretch. The new section of the D35 highway will measure 16.6km in length.
The work will cost €618 million and includes building the Czech Republic’s longest highway tunnel section as well as 17 bridges. This new section will link Svitavy and Moravska Trebova and the work is being managed by the Czech
Transport Ministry.
Construction itself is intended to start in 2025 and should take until 2029 to complete.
