Indeco redesigns pulverisers for increased speed and reliability

Indeco has made several improvements to its IFP fixed and IRP rotating pulverisers. “With the new lines, we tried to improve the reliability of the machine, learning from the past, and using the best anti-wear steel in the market for 90 percent of the structure,” explained Indeco technical specialist Alessandro Ciccolella. The new models also have interchangeable teeth on the mobile jaw, welded onto a bolt-on plate and secured with special latches. “This helps to reduce the downtime and maintenance for the system,” said Ciccolella.

 Indeco has also improved the shape and the hydraulic design in order to reduce the cycle time, added Ciccolella.
