Approval has been given for a major highway upgrade project in Taiwan. The Provincial Highway No 9 runs North-South and connects Hualien County with Taitung County. The deal involves the Presov West - Presov South stretch and the D3 Cadca, Bukov - Svrcinovec section, according to a report in Pravda.
