Nottinghamshire County Council in the East Midlands region of England is considering a programme of maintenance projects and new building projects worth just under US$560million. The work would take place between 2013 and 2016 and would include a $31.3million project to widen the A453. The UK’s road markings are said to be vanishing rapidly, according to a new survey by a leading highways organisation.
