A major Brazilian road concession package has been awarded.
A consortium has been awarded a major road concession package for Brazil’s Mato Grosso do Sul state. The firm, Consorcio Way Brasil, will handle the concession for 412.4km of roads in the state. The company is comprised of Aries, Torc, Senpar, TCL and Bandeirantes and offered US$29.7 million for the concession, which is for a 30-year period.
The concession package will include improving and upgrading the roads as well as handling maintenance works.
