Eurovia submitted a bid of nearly €126 million for the work that the government and the European Union had estimated in 2016 might cost around €194 million.

Eurovia recently announced that it had signed an agreement for the acquisition of TREV-2 Grupp, founded in 1961 and one of Estonia’s major construction and civil engineering groups. The deal is subject to competition authority approval.

Much of TREV-2 Grupp’s work is road upgrading in Estonia, including the Tallinn–Tartu motorway and Tallin ring road. The group operates several asphalt production sites and a number of quarries. It also has several multi-year contracts for maintenance and operation of local roads.
