8411 Amomatic, a Finnish asphalt plant manufacturer specialising in modular batch-type plants since the 1960s, has been commissioning three asphalt plants simultanesously.

Amomatic, which exhibited at bauma in Munich in April, said all of these will be helping their clients meet their asphalt production needs during the spring.

A client in northern Norway has selected Amomatic’s 120 CM - Container Model - asphalt plant and assembly works which are now in full swing. The plant was chosen because of combination of mobility, reliability, capacity and low emissions.
The CM plant also offers 75% faster erection times thanks to a fully containerised design. It can be easily transported even on the narrowest roads worldwide.

Meanwhile, one of Estonia’s largest construction companies has chosen Amomatic 240 SM - Semi-Mobile - and assembly works.  The plant has the capacity to produce 240tonnes per hour of asphalt concrete.

The new Amomatic 240 SM is also equipped with Amomatic’s latest cloud-based innovation, AmoTrack. The system enables asphalt contractors to trace and record each truck load from the asphalt plant. They can see precisely where the material has been paved and at what characteristics.

Amomatic said the AmoTrack was created using end-user feedback for maximum ease of use. The system links the asphalt plant, delivery trucks and pavers with a convenient touch interface.

Amomatic has also finalised the installation of a 200 M – Mobile - asphalt plant for one of its customers in Russia. The plant is capable of producing 200tonnes per hour of asphalt concrete. Most of its modules are equipped with wheels for speedy relocations.
