Civils works are being planned for Alberta, Canada.
Civil works will be carried out in the Heartland Region of Alberta, Canada. Bird Construction won the US$73.8 million (C$100 million) contract for the work, which was awarded by Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL). The road network in the province will be improved as a result of the works.
The work includes engineering investigations and sub-surface drilling. The work will be carried out on more than 400 sites in Port Hope. The work is being carried out under the Master Service Agreement in Alberta. Plans will include underground improvements, foundations, concreting and earthmoving operations.
