The contractors Arabian Electrical Equipment Company and 1292 Mohamad Al-Ali Al-Suwailem Company are to build a combined road and power substation project in Saudi Arabia's Al-Kharj Industrial City. The road project is for a 25km expressway and the deal also includes building three overhead intersections. The new route will link Al-Kharj with the existing Riyadh-Dallam Road.

Saudi Arabia awards highway contract to Spanish firm

Spanish contractor Ferrovial is commencing work on a new highway in Saudi Arabia in partnership with local firm Al Fahd Contracting.
