New Colombian highway connection planned

The tender process for a major new road project in Colombia is due to open shortly. The project has an estimated cost of some US$621 million and will be constructed under a public private partnership model. The 32km Mulalo-Loboguerrero road project has been approved by Colombia's National Planning Department (DNP). The Tender process is opening in October 2014, with the contracts expected to be ready by December 2014 and construction work starting in 2016 then finishing in 2021.

The tender process for a major new road project in Colombia is due to open shortly. The project has an estimated cost of some US$621 million and will be constructed under a public private partnership model. Colombian highway construction concessions due

A major programme of PPP road construction concession contracts is due for Colombia. This has been given the go ahead by Colombia's National Council for Economic and Social Policy (Conpes). Plans in hand for Colombian highway project

The Colombian authorities have plans in hand for a US$240 million highway upgrade project. In all, 10 groups have been pre-selected for the tender process for the work, according to a report by Business News Americas. The project is for upgrades and improvements to a 173km stretch of the Puerta de Hierro-Cruz del Viso highway.
