An Israeli road link extension is being approved.
Approval has been given for a major road extension project in Israel. Costing US$820.7 million, the work will see road 6 being lengthened so that it reaches Beit Ha'emek.
The project has been approved by the Israeli Government and construction is scheduled to start in 2025, with completion expected in 2028. The work will see an additional 22km of road being constructed, with the work including building three new interchanges. Of note is that the work will include preparation for future construction of a rail link alongside the road.
