An import road project is under construction in Changsha, China.
The Chinese city of Changsha in Hunan Province is to benefit from an important new road link, currently under construction. The new road link should be ready for traffic in late 2024.
The project is costing nearly US$584.6 million. The new road is being designed to allow travel speeds of up to 60km/h. The road will connect with Xinglian Road, crossing the Xangjiang River. Once ready for traffic, it will help reduce traffic congestion in the city, which can cause long delays at peak periods.
