New European standard introduces ROPS for rotating telehandlers

A brand new European standard, expected later this year, will introduce ROPS, or roll over protection, for the cabs of rotating telehanders. Another is to increase ease of operation and comfort for the operator with features such as touch-screen operation and fully air–conditioned cabs. “In Europe we find that the drivers often choose the machine, so we want him to feel good inside our cabs so that we are his preferred choice,” says Magni.
