Built around the proven 1,100mmx700mm jaw crusher, the machine is intended for primary reduction and product sizing of blasted rock and ore material. The jaw chamber is hydrostatically driven, offering operators a reversible action in the event of a blockage. The system also provides variable chamber speed to suit different applications, plus chamber closed side setting (CSS) adjustment that can be changed very quickly.
The J-1170 has a variable-speed grizzly feeder with integrated pre-screen, providing an aggressive action to separate fines efficiently.
Equipped with a 9.6m3 hopper, with self-locking mechanism to speed set-up and teardown, the machine has a transport weight of 45tonnes.
