Mexico’s ‘most complex’ Durango-Mazatlan highway opens

The US$2.16 billion (MXN28 billion) Durango-Mazatlan highway, considered to be the most complex road project in Mexico, has now opened. The 230km long, 63-tunnel route links the Pacific with the Central-North of the country and then the Gulf of Mexico. The 230km long, 63-tunnel route links the Pacific with the Central-North of the country and then the Gulf of Mexico.
