Fiat Industrial complete new GEC leadership team

Fiat Industrial says it has completed its new leadership team after making the final two appointments to its Group Executive Council. 6892 Fiat Industrial says it has completed its new leadership team after making the final two appointments to its Group Executive Council.

The appointment of Lorenzo Sistino as 2409 Iveco brand president, and Oddone Incisa, as president, financial services, follows a senior management shake-up which began in November 2012 aimed at enhancing the ‘operational integration’ of Fiat Industrial and 1595 CNH Global.

Having worked for Fiat companies in various roles since 1987, Sistino was most recently head of commercial vehicles and a member of the Group Executive Council (2756 GEC) for Fiat. He was also head of commercial operations and lead executive for the Fiat Professional brand for Fiat Group Automobiles. Prior to his most recent roles with Fiat Group Automobiles, he was president of 5895 New Holland Agriculture. Born in Italy, Sistino holds a political science degree from the University of Turin.

Most recently chief executive officer and general manager of FGA Capital, Incisa has worked for Fiat companies since 1997. He has also worked as the chief financial officer for CNH Capital. Italian-born, Incisa holds an economics degree from University of Turin, and a master’s degree in management from ESCP-Europe (formerly, EAP) Paris, Oxford and Berlin.
