Chile’s urban motorways generated profits of US$113.21mn in 2012

Urban motorways generated profits of US$ 113.21 million (CLP 53.46bn) in Chile in 2012 - 105% higher than 2010, and 52% higher than 2011. The country’s urban motorways also generated revenues of $523.755 million (CLP 246.06bn) in 2012, 14% higher than 2010. An increase of 23% in car sales between 2010 and 2012 is thought to be behind these excellent results.

Fiat Industrial achieves 6.2% revenues growth in 2012

Fiat Industrial achieved a 6.2% rise in revenues and trading profit in excess of US$2.71 billion (€2bn) during 2012 – an increase of 23.3% over 2011. Revenues in 2012 totalled €25.8 billion, as continued robust growth for agricultural equipment is said to have more than compensated for weaker trading conditions in other businesses.
