Bidding is now open for a key new highway connection in Israel. The tender is for upgrade work on the Tel Aviv-Jerusalem Highway Road 1. In all, the Tel Aviv-Jerusalem highway upgrade includes three contracts. INRC expects works on the project to start at end-2012, while completion of the US$642 million project is due by 2016.
