The Linz, Austria-headquartered crushing and screening plant maker is introducing a pay-per-use rental system for North America customers and will soon be moving into a purpose-built parts distribution centre in Texas.
The centre will also be a teaching hub for dealer technicians. All of the functions that are available at Rubble Master’s European headquarters will soon be available in North America.
“Our North American dealer network has grown rapidly, and we are working with some major dealers,” said McAdam, who joined Rubble Master Americas in 2020. “We are working with more and more American companies to get as many of the services and parts we need from a localised supply chain. Our parts business grew 33% in 2022 compared to 2021.”
“North America is our fastest-growing market. We have a great team led by Jackson,” added Gerald Hanisch, Rubble Master’s CEO and founder. “Our company is a €250 million revenue company which will be producing 600 crushing and screening units this year. More and more of them will be fully electric – which is in our DNA.”
McAdam highlighted how Rubble Master’s machines are equipped with RM XSMART telemetry and fleet management, allowing the tracking of key data, including fuel and power usage and tonnes of material produced per hour. “We want to use that data to provide customers with costing and pricing insights and to set rental rates, whether that’s by per ton, hour, or day,” he explained.
The market-proven RM 70GO! 2.0 compact crusher is a key model within the Rubble Master portfolio. While many crushers are too big, and others are too small and can’t produce spec material, the is said by the company to be “just right”. It comes with all the features of a full-size crusher but with a compact footprint.
The RM 70GO! 2.0 is the ideal crusher for newcomers to recycling. The crusher is designed to perform and features hydraulic crusher gap adjustment, variable rotor speeds and automatic conveying relative to crusher workload, material and feeding type. The RM 70GO! 2.0 can be fitted with a 2- or 4-hammer system. Feed is from a crate vibrated by two unbalanced motors onto a double deck pre-screen with a side discharge of fines.
The RM 70GO! 2.0 is flexible and versatile with high throughput capacities. In recycling mode, the magnetic separator removes any metal contamination from the crushed material. It can be operated by one person using a remote control, even in cramped urban spaces, with minimal dust and low sound levels. Even the innovative release system to remove blockages works at the press of a button.
