The new construction line offers six sizes of equipment, including more than 30 tooth-adapter combinations on each size for excavators and loaders ranging from 800kg to 50 tonnes.
France-based Feurst says its patented Turnkey technology guarantees optimal safety thanks to its hammerless keying, which considerably reduces the risk of accidents. It adds that, with its sleeve, there is no risk of damage due to the installation or removal of the tines and that there is also a gain in productivity due to their rapid replacement.
Feurst adds that the advantages of the Turnkey system include perfect load transfer, limited lever arm forces, a coding system that prevents any risk of installation errors, efficient locking, optimal tooth tightening, and high-performance steel.
Feurst general manager Olivier Boutet said that last year the company’s exports had exceeded sales in its home French market for the first time in its 30-year existence. He added that its biggest export market is Indonesia, which has a high demand for heavy-duty equipment.
Boutet added that Feurst is targeting the German, UK and Scandinavian markets as priorities.
