JCB adds to Stage IIIB wheeled loader line
The 437 offer improved performance with lower fuel consumption
JCB has introduced two additional Stage IIIB-powered wheeled loaders, the 427 and the 437.
Replacing the 426 and 436, the loaders use a Cummins QSB engine, which meets the requirements of Stage IIIB without the need for a diesel particulate filter or selective catalytic reduction (SCR).
A variable geometry turbocharger improves response, while an optional five-speed powershift transmission with intelligent clutch cut-off system helps to reduce fuel consumption.
An improved cab includes optional climate control for the first time, a full colour LCD monitor and a choice of lever layouts. Customers can also choose between standard open differential axles, limited slip diffs or an automatic diff lock on the front axle only.
